Here at BRIXX FURS we process all orders within 1 business day.
Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour of placing your order online.

Tracking information will be provided via email within 24 hours of shipment.
Processing and Shipping for all items is approximately 7-14 business days.

Due to their personalized nature custom items may require additional processing and shipping time.

Orders placed during sales events may require additional processing and shipping time. Updates regarding your order status will be provided via email.

If there is an error with your order (example: incorrect sizing, incorrect color) Please contact info@brixxfurs.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

BRIXX Furs has a thorough inspection process of every product we receive prior to sending out to our customers. We want the best of the best! An email notification will be sent when your order reaches our showroom for inspection. Upon completion of inspection, you will receive tracking information!

For the protection of our valued clients, all orders are shipped exclusively to the billing address associated with the payment method used.
Return & Exchange Policy

āāStore credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis only for the following manufacturing issues:
ā Significant sizing discrepancy from provided measurements (variance exceeding 1 inch)
ā Product color differs substantially from approved sample/description
ā
Store credit requests must:
ā Be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
ā Include item in unworn, unaltered condition with all original packaging
ā Be approved by Brixx Furs Service Team before return shipping
ā
Not eligible for store credit:
ā Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
ā Shipping delays or packaging preferences
ā Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Due to their personalized nature, all custom orders are FINAL SALE. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
