All orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard processing and shipping takes approximately 14 business days. Custom items and orders placed during sales events may require additional processing and shipping time. You will receive email updates throughout the process.

Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour of placement. If there is an error with your order (incorrect sizing, color, etc.), please contact us at info@brixxfurs.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

Tracking information will be provided via email within 24 hours of shipment.

Our Inspection Process
BRIXX Furs has a thorough inspection process of every product. Every item undergoes a thorough quality inspection before it ships to you. You will receive an email notification when your order arrives at our showroom, followed by your tracking information once inspection is complete.

Shipping Address
For the protection of our clients, all orders are shipped exclusively to the billing address associated with the payment method used.
Store Credit Policy

āāStore credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis only for the following manufacturing issues:
ā Significant sizing discrepancy from provided measurements (variance exceeding 1 inch)
ā Product color differs substantially from approved sample/description
ā
Store credit requests must:
ā Be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence
ā Include item in unworn, unaltered condition with all original packaging
ā Be approved by Brixx Furs Service Team before return shipping
ā
Not eligible for store credit:
ā Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
ā Shipping delays or packaging preferences
ā Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Due to their personalized nature, all custom orders are FINAL SALE. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
